SANTIAGO, April 7 (Reuters) - Chile's state copper commission Cochilco on Monday said it expects the average copper price to stay above $4 per pound this year.
It added that prices for base metals, including copper, have likely reached their peak for the year and will be hit by U.S.-China trade dynamics.
