PureTech Rejects Nordic Capital Takeover Proposal

PureTech Health rejected a takeover approach from private equity investor Nordic Capital.

The biotherapeutics company confirmed talks with Nordic Capital for a possible cash offer to acquire the company on Monday.

However, the proposal was rejected by the company's board, and Nordic Capital doesn't intend to make a firm offer, the private equity investor said.
