Wee Hur (SGX:E3B) subsidiaries, Wee Hur Hospitality and Y Suites Australia were on the receiving end of a phishing attack on their servers, according to a Friday filing with the Singapore Exchange.

Y Suites manages the company's Purpose-Built Student Accommodation portfolio in Australia.

Both subsidiaries have already engaged with the local authorities and are conducting a preliminary assessment of the incident.

Shares of the property developer were down over 8% in recent trading.
