AMC Entertainment Holdings (AMC) said Monday that it had its best weekend of this year and the second-best April weekend since 2019, thanks to premium formats and A Minecraft Movie's strong performance.
The company said the weekend performance, which included high attendance and admissions revenue, was supported by AMC's Premium Large Format and RealD 3D screens, which accounted for 33% of attendance at US locations on April 5.
