Liberty Media's $3.82 Bln MotoGP Deal Set for Unconditional EU Approval, Reuters Says, Citing Sources

--The European Commission is expected to unconditionally approve Liberty Media's 3.5 billion-euro ($3.82 billion) acquisition of MotoGP owner Dorna Sports, Reuters reports, citing unnamed sources.

--The European Union's antitrust enforcer declined to comment to Reuters. Liberty Media said it was working constructively with the commission.

--Liberty Media announced the deal to buy 86% of MotoGP in April last year, with Dorna management keeping around 14% of its equity, Reuters reports. The EU will decide on the deal by July 1, Reuters says.
