Foresta Group Holding (ASX:FGH) said an entity associated with its director, SWAT7D Investment Trust, completed the acquisition of 432.7 million fully paid ordinary shares from substantial shareholders, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian bourse.
The shares were acquired at AU$0.005 apiece, the filing said.
Foresta's shares fell 11% in recent Tuesday trade.
