Prosperity Group International's (HKG:1421) completed the placement of 25,025,000 shares to at least six investors at HK$0.20 apiece, raising net proceeds of roughly HK$4.6 million, a Tuesday filing with the Hong Kong bourse said.

The shares represent around 15% of the electrical distribution company's enlarged issued share capital.

The firms will use proceeds from the issue for general working capital.
