The headwinds have strengthened in recent weeks and volatility could continue over the coming months, they add. As a result, the analysts have lowered their full-year adjusted pretax profit expectations to 80.1 million pounds from 82.5 million pounds. This leads to a new adjusted earnings per share forecast of 62 pence and on-year growth at a modest 2.4%, they write. Hilton Food is expected to report 86.5 million pounds in 2026 and 94.7 million pounds in 2027, they add. Shares trade down 0.4% at 848 pence. (adam.whittaker@wsj.com)
