Cuprina (CUPR) said Friday it closed its initial public offering of 3 million class A ordinary shares at $4 a piece for gross proceeds of $12 million.
The biomedical and biotechnology company said it plans to use the net proceeds for expansion into new markets, research and development, building brand awareness, investing in equipment and infrastructure, and working capital and general corporate purposes.
