GoFintech Quantum Innovation (HKG:0290), previously known as GoFintech Innovation, is looking to raise net proceeds of up to HK$413.4 million from a share placement, a Wednesday filing with the Hong Kong bourse said.
The firm will issue a maximum of 372,923,749 shares to at least six investors at HK$1.12 apiece. The shares represent around 4.76% of the securities firm's enlarged issued share capital.
The firm will use proceeds from the issue for the operation and enhancement of its existing businesses, investments under its equity investment business, expansion into new business areas, and general working capital.
