Aether Holdings (ATHR) shares soared to $9.32 in their Nasdaq debut on Thursday, more than doubling from the initial public offering price of $4.30.
The financial technology company on Wednesday priced the offering of 1.8 million shares for gross proceeds of $7.74 million.
Underwriters were granted a 30-day overallotment option to buy an additional 270,000 shares, potentially boosting gross proceeds to $8.9 million, the company said.
Earlier, the shares reached $10 after opening at $5.25.
