Four Corners Property Trust (FCPT) said late Wednesday it acquired an automotive service property for $5.3 million.

The property, located in Arkansas, is leased to a national operator under a corporate long-term triple net lease, the company said.

Four Corners Property Trust said the deal was priced at a 6.8% cap rate on rent as of the closing date.
