Kinergy Advancement (KLSE:KAB) fixed the issue price for the third tranche of private placement, comprising up to 48.5 million shares, at 0.3300 ringgit per share.
The issue price is equal to the five-day volume-weighted average price of company shares up to and including April 7, according to a Tuesday Malaysian bourse filing.
