Choice International (NSE:CHOICEIN, BSE:531358) said its subsidiary Choice Consultancy Services has secured a mandate from Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company for developing a 45 MW solar plant, according to a Friday filing with the Indian bourses.
The project is part of the Mukhyamantri Saur Krushi Vahini Yojana 2.0, under the PM-KUSUM scheme, the filing said.
The company will lead project structuring, compliance, and supervision across 18 substations, including installation and commissioning of associated 11kV and 22kV lines. The project operates under a 25-year power purchase agreement and is expected to generate revenue of approximately 7 billion Indian rupees, the company said in the filing.
