Metech International (SGX:V3M) applied for a 60-day extension to publish its annual and sustainability reports, according to a Thursday filing with the Singapore Exchange.

The company has gone through several changes across its board and had also spent resources on new businesses following the appointment of a new chief executive officer, it said.

Meanwhile, the company is also identifying replacements for its chief operations officer and chief financial officer.

The company said it requires time to finalize its accounting and corporate requirements.

Shares of the company were up over 4% in recent trading.
