Antipa Minerals (ASX:AZY) said IGO's (ASX:IGO) IGO Newsearch subsidiary opted to withdraw from the Paterson Project farm-in agreement, effective April 30, according to a Wednesday filing with the Australian bourse.

As a result, Antipa will retain 100% ownership of the project, per the filing.

The company said advanced stages of planning are underway for an exploration program at the project in the first half of the year.
