GCM Grosvenor (GCMG) has expanded its partnership with Urban Standard Capital through a $135 million joint venture, Urban Standard said Monday.

The partnership will help Urban Standard issue more than $1 billion in new loans, it said.

GCM Grosvenor nearly doubled its previous commitment of $50 million by allocating capital through its managed investment vehicles, Urban Standard said.
