Bruker (BRKR) said Wednesday it has acquired a majority interest in RECIPE Chemicals + Instruments, a Munich-based provider of therapeutic drug monitoring and other clinical in vitro diagnostic kits.
Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Bruker said the deal enhances its small molecule clinical diagnostics portfolio by integrating RECIPE's ClinMASS kits with its EVOQ liquid chromatography triple-quadrupole mass spectrometers and other platforms.
The companies also plan to jointly launch chromatography-free ClinDART kits.
