Aspial Lifestyle (SGX:5UF) priced SG$20 million in 6.25% notes due 2027, to be consolidated with an earlier SG$70 million issue, according to a Monday filing on the Singapore Exchange.
The notes, offered at 100.5% plus accrued interest, will be listed on the Singapore Exchange on April 25.
DBS is sole dealer. Proceeds will go to refinancing, investments, and working capital. Directors and related parties are taking up 6.3% of the new tranche, bringing their total holding of the entire issue of bonds to 38.1%.
