Skyfame Realty (Holdings) (HKG:0059) said a winding-up petition against the company filed by a bondholder has been withdrawn, according to a Wednesday filing with the Hong Kong Exchange.

The development comes two months after the property developer disclosed in early February that a bondholder had initiated winding-up proceedings against the company over alleged unpaid bonds worth HK$7 million plus accrued interest of HK$2.8 million.

Skyfame Realty is currently undergoing provisional liquidation.
