Fitch Ratings has published a BBB- rating for China Great Wall AMC (International) Holdings' proposed senior unsecured US dollar notes, according to a Monday release.
Wholly owned subsidiary China Great Wall International Holdings VI will issue the notes, with the parent acting as guarantor.
The notes have the same rating as the guarantor, as they serve as the latter's obligations and rank at least equally with its other obligations, Fitch said.
Changes in the China-based investment management company's issuer default rating will lead to similar actions on the notes, according to Fitch.
