Pou Sheng International's (HKG:3813) chairman and executive director, Yu Huan-Chang, and Chief Executive Officer Wang Jun have resigned from their positions, a Monday filing with the Hong Kong bourse said.

Both executives are looking to pursue other personal and business commitments.

The sportswear retailer is currently in the process of identifying suitable candidates to fill the vacancies and will make further announcements as and when needed.
