Bannix Acquisition (BNIX) said late Monday its board approved to extend the date by which the blank-check company must consummate an initial business combination until May 14.

The company said it stockholders previously approved a proposal to provide it with the right to extend the deadline date up to three times for an additional one month each time through June 14.
