Satellogic (SATL) said late Wednesday it closed a registered direct offering of 6.45 million Class A common shares at $3.10 each, raising gross proceeds of about $20 million.
The company said it plans to use the net proceeds for general corporate purposes.
Shares of Satellogic were up 2.5% in after-hours trading.
