First Resources (SGX:EB5) transferred 84,000 shares worth SG$115,782 pursuant to the vesting of shares under the employee share award scheme, according to a Thursday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
Following the transfer, the palm oil producer's shares in the treasury decreased to 34,722,000.
