Paladin Energy (ASX:PDN) faces a class action proceeding filed in the Supreme Court of Victoria, according to a Wednesday filing with the Australian bourse.
The class action alleges that between June 27, 2024, and Nov. 11, 2024, the company made "misleading" representations and failed to meet its Australian Securities Exchange's (ASX) continuous disclosure obligations, the filing said.
The company plans to vigorously defend this claim, the filing added.
