** Carim Khouzami, president and CEO of EXC's subsidiary Baltimore Gas and Electric, is set to assume executive vice president position for transmission and development at Exelon

** Tamla Olivier, senior vice president and chief operating officer of Exelon operating company Pepco Holdings, to be the president and CEO of BGE

** Khouzami and Olivier's new roles will be effective May 1

** EXC says Olivier's successor as CEO at Pepco Holdings will be named in the coming weeks
