Carta Holdings (TYO:3688) will merge three wholly owned subsidiaries on July 1 as part of a broader strategy to consolidate operations in its digital marketing segment, according to a Thursday filing on the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
Carta Marketing Firm (CMF) will absorb Carta Communications (CCI) and Barriz through an absorption-type merger, with the two latter entities to be dissolved.
The surviving company will be renamed Carta Zero.
