Shore Bancshares (SHBI) said Thursday that it appointed Charles Cullum as chief financial officer of the company and the bank, starting from April 21.

Cullum succeeds Todd Capitani, who is retiring. Capitani will remain with the company through Aug. 15 for a smooth transition.

Most recently, Cullum worked as CFO at Sandy Spring Bancorp.
