Micron Technology (MU) said Thursday it will implement a market segment-based business unit reorganization to capitalize on growth driven by artificial intelligence.

The four units will be the cloud memory business unit, core data center business unit, mobile and client business unit, and automotive and embedded business unit, the company said.

Micron said the transition to the new business structure will start immediately and will be completed early in its fiscal Q4, which begins May 30.

The company added it will report financial results under the new structure beginning with its fiscal Q4.
