Keppel DC REIT's (SGX:AJBU) distribution per unit or DPU, was up 14% year over year in the first quarter to SG$0.01503 from SG$0.02192 a year earlier, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Thursday.
Distributable income jumped 59% to SG$61.8 million from SG$38.8 million.
Net property income rose 24% to SG$88.1 million from SG$71.0 million, as the REIT completed the acquisitions of two data centers in Tokyo.
Gross revenue was up 23% year over year to SG$102.2 million from SG$83.4 million.
The REIT's portfolio occupancy stood at 96.5% as at March 31.
