PWR Holdings (ASX:PWH) said Chief Technical and Commercial Officer Matthew Bryson will serve as acting chief executive, with Kees Weel, founder and managing director, taking a temporary leave of absence due to health reasons, according to a Thursday filing with the Australian bourse.

The executive team will handle Weel's daily responsibilities, the filing said.

Shares of the company fell 4% in recent Thursday trade.
