Trump Media & Technology Group (DJT) said Tuesday it has finalized an agreement with Crypto.com and Yorkville America Digital to develop a range of exchange-traded funds under its Truth.Fi brand.
The planned funds will focus on US-based industries and digital assets, with global distribution expected via Crypto.com's broker-dealer arm, the company said.
Trump Media said it plans to invest up to $250 million of its funds into the ETF and separately managed account offerings, with Charles Schwab serving as custodian.
The funds are expected to launch later this year pending regulatory approval, and will be available in the US, Europe, and Asia soon after, the group said.
