President Donald Trump has met representatives from Target (TGT), Walmart (WMT), Home Depot (HD) and Lowe's (LOW) to discuss the impact of tariffs on their businesses, news outlets reported Monday.

The meeting with Trump and his team was "productive," a Walmart spokesperson said in a statement e-mailed to MT Newswires.

The other companies did not immediately respond to MT Newswires' requests for comment.
