Clearwater Analytics (CWAN) said late Monday it has completed the acquisition of Enfusion (ENFN) for nearly $1.5 billion.

The acquisition expands Clearwater's global presence, adding Enfusion's European and Asian operations and enabling client support from major hubs like Boise, New York, Edinburgh, and New Delhi, the company said.
