North Stawell Minerals (ASX:NSM) said that its diamond drilling program at the Darlington gold project in Victoria encountered a high-grade intercept, according to a Wednesday Australian bourse filing.
The company intersected a vein with multiple occurrences of visible gold, which returned 2.3 meters at 29.2 grams per tonne (g/t) grade of gold from 108.2 meters, including 0.8 meters at 82.3 g/t grade of gold from 108.2 meters.
Four additional anomalous zones of greater than 1 g/t grade of gold also occurred down-hole, the filing said.
