Pou Sheng International (HKG:3813) has appointed Chiu Hui-Yao as its new board chairman, according to a bourse filing on Tuesday.

Chiu is the chief information security officer of Pou Chen (TPE:9904), a controlling shareholder of the company.

Meanwhile, Chang Su-Ching was named as the new chief executive officer. She is a vice president of the group in charge of the omnichannel platform department.

Chiu and Chang took over the roles vacated by Yu Huan-Chang and Wang Jun, respectively, who both resigned earlier this month.
