Oversea-Chinese Banking Corp. or OCBC (SGX:O39) used another 38,418 treasury shares worth approximately SG$ 572,374 for its employees' share schemes on Wednesday, a same-day Singapore bourse filing said.

Following the transaction, the number of treasury shares stood at 16,281,980 shares, the lender said.
