Raffles Education's (SGX:NR7) wholly-owned subsidiaries, Raffles K12 and Raffles Iskandar, fully settled their outstanding debts with Affin Bank, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Tuesday.
The final payment was made on April 22, following which, the company's obligations have been fully satisfied.
