UGRO Capital (NSE:UGROCAP, BOM:511742) has raised around 250 million Indian rupees through the issue of commercial papers to Yes Bank (NSE:YESBANK, BOM:532648), according to a Tuesday filing to the Indian stock exchanges.

The commercial papers will be issued at the rate of 478,977.50 rupees per security of the face value of 500,000 rupees each, the filing said.

The 178-day commercial papers will mature on Oct. 17.
