Advancer Global's (SGX:43Q) wholly owned subsidiary, Advancer Global Facility, acquired the remaining 18% stake it does not already own in SREG for a cash consideration of SG$390,000, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Wednesday.
The principal activity of SREG is provision of property management, real estate agencies and valuation services.
The acquisition is part of the group's strategy to solidify its position and offerings within the building management sector.
