Emerald Resources (ASX:EMR) said continued drilling is expanding the resource and potential reserve footprints at the Okvau gold mine and Memot gold project in Cambodia, as well as the Dingo Range gold project in Western Australia, according to a Thursday Australian bourse filing.

Drilling results underpinned the indicated and inferred mineral resource estimate at the Memot gold project with significant intercepts of 0.6 meters at 85.80 grams per tonne grade of gold from 571 meters, as well as 12 meters at 2.94 g/t grade of gold from 504 meters.

Underground extensional drilling and near-mine exploration at the Okvau gold mine continued to deliver significant gold mineralization, including results of 12 meters at 5.20 g/t grade of gold from 127 meters, as well as 13.6 meters at 5.08 g/t grade of gold from 54 meters.

Drilling continued across the Boundary-Bungarra prospect at the Dingo Range gold project, highlighting possible extensions to the maiden mineral resource estimate. Significant intercepts included eight meters at 16.24 g/t grade of gold from 336 meters, as well as 2 meters at 24.64 g/t grade of gold from 98 meters.

Its shares rose 4% in recent trading on Thursday.
