CDL Hospitality Trust Units Exercise Options to Renew Master Lease Agreements

CDL Hospitality Trust's (SGX:J85) managers confirmed that City Hotels, Harbour View Hotel and Republic Hotels & Resorts have given notice to exercise their respective options to renew the term of the master lease agreements for Orchard Hotel Singapore, M Hotel Singapore City Centre, Grand Copthorne Waterfront Hotel and Copthorne King's Hotel.

The original terms of the agreements expires on July 18, 2026 and the renewal will be for 20 years, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Thursday.
