** MASS says it has received a $2 million order from the Texas Department of Public Safety for its MX908 device for drug detection and mitigation
** Multiple handheld MX908 devices will be deployed to detect, identify and mitigate illicit drugs like fentanyl, protecting communities amid the opioid crisis
** MX908 device detects and identifies hazardous substances, including chemicals, explosives and aerosolized threats, at trace levels
** Company says the order will be shipped in April
** With this order, MASS can achieve 25% of the midpoint of their guidance, positioning them well for the typically strong H2 2025 - Brokerage Leerink Partners
** Brokerage adds "This order gives us added confidence in MASS' ability to progress towards their guide after co has had to lower guidance in prior years"
** As of last close, MASS had risen 118.2% YTD
