Concentra Group (CON) said Monday it has agreed to buy Pivot Onsite Innovations from Athletico Physical Therapy.
The deal values Pivot Onsite Innovations at $55 million, Concentra said, adding that it plans to fund the deal through a combination of cash and its revolving credit facility.
The deal will likely close in Q2, the company said.
