Road King Infrastructure (HKG:1098) launched a fifth price list for 75 apartments at the Mori project in the Tuen Mun district in Hong Kong, The Standard reported Thursday.
The apartments have an average price of HK$9,080 per square foot after discounts, or 6% cheaper compared with previous lists, the report said.
The cheapest unit costs HK$3.25 million following discounts. By square foot, the cheapest unit is priced at HK$7,908 after discounts, the report said.
