Alibaba Pictures Group's (HKG:1060) indirect wholly owned subsidiary, Zhonglian Shengshi, has signed an agreement with Chuanfu Yunxi and others for the two-year lease of office premises, according to a Wednesday bourse filing.

The lease term began on March 31.

The right-of-use assets under the lease deal amount to about 212 million yuan.

The parties are all related entities to Alibaba Holding.
