Sapiens International to Acquire Candela for $22 Million

Sapiens International (SPNS) said Tuesday it has agreed to acquire Candela, an automation company serving insurance firms in the Asia-Pacific region, for $22 million.

The company said the deal is set to close in Q2.

Sapiens said Candela earned $8 million in non-GAAP revenue in 2024, and the acquisition is expected to boost Sapiens' profit starting in Q4.
