Ev Dynamics (HKG:0476) is looking to raise net proceeds of up to HK$7.8 million from the placing of a maximum of 27 million shares to at least six investors at HK$0.30 apiece, an April 17 Hong Kong bourse filing said.

The shares represent around 11.9% of the electric car solutions provider's enlarged issued share capital.

The firm intends to use proceeds from the issue as general working capital.
