BOE Varitronix's (HKG:0710) trustee bought back 151,000 shares of the company on Thursday under a share award plan for HK$810,830 or HK$5.37 apiece, a same-day Hong Kong bourse filing said.

The shares, repurchased from the market, represent 0.019% of the firm's issued share capital.

From April 8 to April 24, the trustee has repurchased a total of 906,000, or 0.11%, shares for nearly HK$4.5 million.
